The primary activities involve developing design or technical solutions while honing professional development skills within the Experiential Graphic Design Studio. Responsibilities include preparing and producing drawings, design, and construction documents while adhering to client guidelines and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to both Cooper Carry and the Client guidelines and meet deadlines for each project
- Refine skills including drawing, rendering, visual and presentation techniques
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and constructive criticism from peers, Senior Designers, and Studio Leaders
- Task oriented, accepting direction from others, with the ability to lead small projects and tasks independently
- Ability to make independent design and documentation decisions using discretion and good judgement
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited design program with bachelor's level degree or equivalent design experience in graphic design, environmental graphics, industrial design or visual communication
- 3-5+ years professional experience within the experiential/environmental graphic design industry
- Understanding of three-dimensional design and built environments
- Strong two-dimensional graphic design, logo design, and branding experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of design phases – Conceptualization thru Documentation
