The Graphic Designer will collaborate on creative concepts for fundraising and GOTV campaigns, designing high-quality graphics aligned with entity branding and project objectives. Responsibilities also include proposing new marketing ideas, monitoring creative tests, and supporting rapid-response and long-term political digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director and other members of the Digital Team to brainstorm concepts and creative programs for fundraising programs, GOTV campaigns, and more
- Design high quality graphics, aligned with each entity’s branding and tone as well as the respective project’s objectives
- Propose and implement new ideas for timely merchandise and marketing programs
- Identify creative campaign concepts and creative themes, developing them from start to finish
- Craft and monitor unique creative and copy tests across all fundraising channels, while also proposing new creative tests and solutions
Requirements
- 1–5 years’ experience in graphic design, web design, visual design with strength in typography, web design, or social media motion graphics
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools
- Experience with creating and editing sites on WordPress is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to quick changes and prioritize effectively
