Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will collaborate on creative concepts for fundraising and GOTV campaigns, designing high-quality graphics aligned with entity branding and project objectives. Responsibilities also include proposing new marketing ideas, monitoring creative tests, and staying updated on industry design trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director and other members of the Digital Team to brainstorm concepts and creative programs for fundraising programs, GOTV campaigns, and more
• Design high quality graphics, aligned with each entity’s branding and tone as well as the respective project’s objectives
• Propose and implement new ideas for timely merchandise and marketing programs
• Identify creative campaign concepts and creative themes, developing them from start to finish
• Craft and monitor unique creative and copy tests across all fundraising channels, while also proposing new creative tests and solutions

Requirements

• Desire to carry out the mission of the RNC, which is to elect Republican candidates up and down the ballot
• 1–5 years’ experience in graphic design, web design, visual design with strength in typography, web design, or social media motion graphics
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools
• Experience with creating and editing sites on WordPress is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to quick changes and prioritize effectively
