
Responsibilities include leading design development from brief to final artwork across digital, print, packaging, and campaign outputs, while producing high-quality digital assets and designing print and retail materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development from brief to final artwork across digital, print, packaging, and campaign outputs
- Produce high-quality digital assets (social, web banners, eDMs, online ads, video/motion as needed)
- Design print and retail materials including POS, signage, retail ads and promotional collateral
- Prepare packaging artwork and finished art to industry production standards
- Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive design solutions
- Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries with accurate versioning for efficiency
Requirements
- A degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role within a FMCG environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print and packaging design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of print production and finished art processes (packaging and retail)
- Experience designing for digital platforms (Figma, Canva and basic video editing a plus)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
