UX Designer

The UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital products, focusing on creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate ideas. This role also involves contributing to user research, synthesizing insights, and advocating for usability and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for product features, flows, and journeys
• Creating user flows, low-to-high fidelity wireframes, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes to explore and validate ideas
• Translating research insights and product requirements into clear UX solutions
• Advocating for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices
• Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input
• Conducting and supporting user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Collaborating with researchers and product partners to define hypotheses and evaluate solutions

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, or a related role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and information architecture
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product and engineering partners
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively
• Comfortable presenting work to peers and stakeholders
