The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end user experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex customer and business needs into intuitive designs. Responsibilities include building new experiences using various UX artifacts, validating them with users, and presenting designs for feedback.
Responsibilities
- Build new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts and validate them with users
- Conduct quick rounds of usability testing
- Present designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate with research, product, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions
- Advocate for the user while understanding business requirements
- Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience in a product company
- Experience with startups and fast-paced environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
- Eye for detail and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience consolidating stakeholder and Research feedback and/or insights into work
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools
