The Senior Product Designer will drive the full design lifecycle for product features, ensuring seamless, omnichannel experiences and absolute consistency across the product suite. This role involves contributing to the evolution of the Brand System and strategically planning new components in collaboration with the Design System team.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design Ownership: driving the full design lifecycle of product features
- System Evolution & Advocacy: contributing to the evolution of the Brand System
- Strategic Component Planning: anticipating and planning for new components
- Cross-Team Collaboration: collaborating closely with Product Managers, Products Owners, developers, and other Designers
Requirements
- Solid experience in Product Design / UX/UI
- Experience designing complex digital products
- Comfort working in large cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with design systems at scale
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
