The role involves collaborating with product owners, engineering, and UX research, taking the lead on problem-solving without hand-holding. Responsibilities include navigating the unknown through rapid prototyping of wild ideas and building thoughtful, scalable solutions for complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and own: work alongside product owners, engineering, and UX research
- Navigate the unknown: handle the 'explore' mode, trying out wild ideas and rapid prototyping
- Build and Refine: design thoughtful, scalable solutions for complex systems
- Contribute to the culture: contribute to a design culture that values speed, craft, and honest feedback
- Mentor other designers: help other designers grow and do their best work
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design (mobile & desktop apps) and systems thinking
- Ownership and Communication: self-driven with strong communication skills
- Technical Know-how: experience with Figma, modern design systems, and AI tools
- Attention to Detail: meticulous eye for visual and interaction details
- Additional: experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces, understanding of WCAG conformance criteria, and experience in motion design
