Product Designer
Infiterra S.a Remote (🇬🇷 Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki Regional Unit, Greece)
The Product Designer will translate user needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while iterating on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback. They will also collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design and delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to translating user needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes
- Create and iterate on designs based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers during design and delivery
- Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Contribute to and maintain a shared design system in Figma
- Apply UX best practices and learn how to balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in UX design
- Relevant degree in UX/UI or Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent portfolio
- Experience creating basic UX artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes)
- Good understanding of UX fundamentals and user-centered design
- Comfort using Figma or similar design tools
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Strong English communication skills
