Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives, partnering with product, engineering, and research to solve complex problems and deliver clear, thoughtful solutions across web and mobile experiences. This includes owning design from discovery to delivery, contributing to the design system, and presenting informed design opinions to shape direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of web and mobile experiences
- Own design work from discovery to delivery across core product workflows
- Translate complex problems into elegant solutions using user flows, wireframes, conceptual explorations, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and evolve the design system in partnership with other designers and engineering teams
- Voice informed design opinions early in the process to help shape direction and uncover opportunities
- Create executive summaries to present ideas, solutions, research to senior product and technology managers
- Champion users and insights, partnering with UX researchers and global insights team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, legal, compliance, and engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Proven ownership of end-to-end design projects
- Experience working with design systems in a corporate product environment
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience in fintech, security, fraud, identity protection, or regulated industries (preferred)
