Responsibilities
- Create designs for A/B and optimization testing initiatives across digital platforms
- Participate in every phase of the design process as needed, with focus on continuous improvement
- Execute comprehensive UX A/B Testing and research to validate concepts and guide design choices
- Develop scalable, high-impact designs that improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, prototyping, UX research, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions
- Ability to design quickly and effectively for fast turnaround of A/B optimization tests
- Proficient in designing for various platforms including web, iOS, and Android
