Product Designer - AI Partnerships

The role involves building thoughtful and accessible experiences across AI assistants, chat interfaces, and connected devices, utilizing AI-assisted tools for rapid iteration while maintaining design quality. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Content Designers, Researchers, Product, and Engineering to deliver cohesive outcomes across partner contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build thoughtful, accessible experiences across AI assistants, chat interfaces, and connected devices
• Use AI-assisted tools and in-build prototyping to iterate fast while maintaining design quality and clarity
• Collaborate with localization teams and regional partners to ensure experiences feel relevant and intuitive
• Work closely with Content Designers, User Research, Product, and Engineering to deliver cohesive outcomes
• Apply and extend Spotify’s build language to new partner contexts while maintaining craft consistency

Requirements

• Experience in Product Design across platforms, integrations, or global products
• Competent in scaling partner-agnostic foundations into partner surfaces and contexts
• Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools
• Collaborative and curious, motivated by working with cross-cultural teams and external partners
• Comfortable balancing speed, structure, and creativity in a fast-moving environment
