The Senior Designer will be responsible for shaping user experience by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to resolve roadblocks and improve products. This role involves identifying new opportunities based on consumer insights while maintaining a focus on both the overall product vision and fine details.
Responsibilities
- Shape user experience by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to remove roadblocks and facilitate improvement of products
- Identify new opportunities based on consumer insights
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive, and diverse team of designers, technologists, and product managers
- Work in a culture that fosters learning, creativity, and innovation while pushing the boundaries of design excellence
- Inspire the team with attention to detail, simplicity, and ability to evangelize interface guidelines, best practices, and design systems
- Drive ownership of various web and mobile products
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on complex, data-driven applications
- 3+ years of experience leading design teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into intuitive product experiences
- Ability to balance user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to deliver meaningful solutions
