Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the entire design process from discovery and research through to delivery and ongoing optimization, creating end-to-end flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms. Key duties include defining and scaling the Design System, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery and user research to hand-off, QA, and ongoing optimization
• Create end-to-end product flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts with users and stakeholders
• Define, maintain, and scale Design System components, patterns, and guidelines
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate research insights into actionable design solutions
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and inclusive design practices across the product lifecycle
• Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a culture of critique and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in product, interaction, or UX design
• Proven experience designing complex, large-scale systems and enterprise-grade interfaces
• Strong visual design skills and a holistic approach to product experience
• Demonstrable experience contributing to or owning Design Systems
• Comfortable creating prototypes and validating concepts through user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills in English
