The role involves actively participating in all phases of the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and validation, to create innovative mobility solutions and user experiences for future vehicles. Key tasks include conducting user research, analyzing usage patterns, formalizing insights, designing user flows and interactions, and testing solutions iteratively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, user testing, field observation)
- Observe and analyze usage to identify new product innovation opportunities
- Formalize insights through personas, user journeys, usage scenarios, and experience maps
- Design user journeys and interactions (wireframes, prototypes, flows) in line with product and business objectives
- Design and develop concepts integrating design, ergonomics, and technical feasibility
- Test and iterate solutions through usability tests and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure consistency between design and production constraints
- Participate in project presentations and reviews with internal teams or partners
Requirements
- Student in UI/UX Design or equivalent, looking for a one-year internship
- Good mastery of design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to transform ideas into concrete concepts, combining innovation, aesthetics, and ergonomics
- Taste for interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork with designers, developers, and product managers
- Attention to detail, rigor, autonomy, and strong curiosity for new technologies and design trends
- Professional English required (written and spoken)
