The apprentice will design banking features end-to-end by collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers across multiple squads from discovery to delivery. Key tasks include improving user experiences across the API and interfaces, contributing to the design system, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design banking features end-to-end, working with Product Managers and Engineers
- Improve user experiences across API, dashboards, and partner-facing interfaces
- Collaborate with different product squads and adapt to various problem spaces
- Support cross-functional needs, including Marketing, Brand, and Product Integration teams
- Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across the product
Requirements
- Strong product design skills, with the ability to think through user flows and interfaces
- Solid UI skills and an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Figma
- Curiosity about fintech, payments, or API products
- Familiarity with prototyping tools or basic front-end development
- Proactive learner with excellent team collaboration skills
