Senior Product Designer - Advanced Trading

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for creating and delivering advanced trading web and mobile experiences, translating complex trading concepts and real-time market data into intuitive workflows. This includes owning end-to-end UX initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating cross-functionally, and conducting user research to validate designs.
Responsibilities
- Design expert trading experiences translating complex trading concepts into intuitive workflows
- Lead design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive business value
- Design interfaces for high-frequency market data, order book depth, and trading analytics
- Conduct user research and iterate on designs to meet user needs and business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products with high-density data and sophisticated user workflows
- Versatile set of product design skills (product, interaction, and visual design)
- Strong understanding of key trading concepts such as order types, order books, and liquidity
- Fluency in English, with German being a plus
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills
