The Senior Product Designer will lead the creation and refinement of aesthetically pleasing and highly functional user interfaces while solving complex UX challenges using interaction design and prototyping tools. Responsibilities also include collaborating on a living design system, driving vision with leadership, and working closely with customer insights teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and refinement of user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional
- Solve complex UX challenges using interaction design and prototyping tools
- Collaborate on a living design system while owning components within your area of responsibility
- Collaborate with design team leadership to drive vision and strategy
- Work closely with customer insights and business intelligence to deepen understanding of Omio customers
- Mentor less experienced designers, fostering a collaborative team environment and sharing advanced design knowledge and practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) or similar
- Human-centered problem solver
- Insights to inform designs and make decisions based on the impact to people and the business
- Great communicator, happy to share work and get feedback from teammates
- Use AI tools to rapidly prototype user experiences
