The Principal Product Designer will lead the design of end-to-end experiences for new products supporting young children, teachers, and families, guiding the design process from initial concept through to launch. This role involves crafting intuitive and responsive experiences grounded in deep user insight to nurture early learning and empower educators and families.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for new products
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and curriculum experts to bring new ideas to life
- Craft intuitive and responsive experiences grounded in empathy and deep user insight
- Nurture early learning and empower teachers and families through design
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in digital product design
- Product design portfolio showcasing measurable external customer and business impact
- Expertise in Figma or other design and prototyping tools
- User-centered mindset and strong communication skills
