Graphic Designer - Scotland

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphics across various platforms, including social media, digital advertising, print, and campaign materials, while developing branded templates for consistency in all Scottish outputs. This role also involves producing rapid-turnaround creative and motion graphics assets to support digital growth and translating political messaging into viral visual content.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling graphics for social media, digital advertising, print, events, and campaign materials
- Develop branded templates to ensure consistency across all Scottish outputs
- Produce rapid-turnaround creative in response to political developments and media moments
- Create motion graphics assets to support digital growth
- Work closely with the social media and campaign teams to translate political messaging into powerful viral visual content
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience, ideally in political, campaign, advocacy, or fast-paced commercial environments
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Awareness of the Scottish political landscape and media environment
- A strong commitment to the values and mission of Reform UK
