The Graphic Designer will lead the creative development and execution of marketing and brand assets across digital and print channels, translating strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives. This role involves owning and enforcing brand standards, providing creative direction and mentorship, and collaborating cross-functionally to align creative work with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation and execution for Neostella marketing and promotional materials
- Own and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts, narratives, and scalable design systems
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to other designers
- Proactively recommend creative approaches and alternative executions that strengthen campaign impact
- Collaborate with Neostella's creative agency to ensure brand alignment and support campaign initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior-level designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, video, and storytelling work
- Experience providing creative direction and mentoring or managing designers
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, and other design tools
