Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production, specifically optimizing short-form storytelling for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Elevate static designs with motion elements, including animated overlays, lower thirds, and dynamic transitions
- Serve as the guardian of ANGA Bangkok's Brand Identity, ensuring every output aligns with the professional yet innovative "A-Player" mood and tone
- Transform marketing briefs and raw footage into compelling visual stories that communicate messages clearly and effectively
- Utilize ClickUp or alternative project management tools, ensuring all deadlines are met with "typo-free" and well-formatted delivery
- Systematically incorporate feedback from Account Managers and Clients to refine creative work while maintaining professional standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a digital agency or high-growth creative environment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and creative editing techniques
- Deep understanding of the technical requirements and current trends of TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms
- Familiar with short-form video trends and content styles for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static graphic design and edited video content
