Graphic Designer / Social Media Content Creator

The role involves creating engaging graphics, videos, and digital assets to strengthen brand identity and drive audience engagement across social media platforms. Key duties include developing digital and print assets, producing high-quality social media content like reels and stories, and maintaining visual brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital and print assets including banners, brochures, product imagery, packaging updates, and promotional materials
- Produce high-quality posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels and campaigns
- Collaborate on monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and creative strategies
- Capture and edit product photos, lifestyle shots, and short videos when needed
- Write or refine captions, headlines, and basic ad copy aligned with brand tone
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements based on insights
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support business goals
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma)
- Experience creating content for social media platforms and understanding best practices for each
- Ability to design for both digital and print
- Strong eye for layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Photography and video editing skills
- Understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with motion graphics or animation
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
