Senior Product Designer (all genders)

The Senior Product Designer will shape next-generation, AI-first user experiences within the Connect vertical, focusing on designing interfaces and interactions that make business travel effortless and intelligently guided. Responsibilities include driving the full design cycle alongside Product and Engineering, building AI-led journeys, and leveraging data to validate hypotheses and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design adaptive, AI-led journeys that transform fragmented travel workflows into intuitive, intent-driven experiences
• Drive the full cycle of discovery and delivery alongside Product and Engineering
• Leverage generative AI, market data, and a growing repository of LLM-based personas to build adaptive interfaces
• Utilize funnel analytics, rapid prototyping, and customer co-creation to accelerate time-to-revenue

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading design for high-scale B2B/B2C products
• Proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant, user journeys
• Expertise in leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights
• Self-organized and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously
