The Product Designer will shape next-generation, AI-first user experiences for the Search & Book vertical, focusing on making business travel effortless and intelligently guided. This involves driving the end-to-end design cycle, leveraging AI and data to create adaptive interfaces that anticipate user intent and minimize friction.
Responsibilities
- Champion 'Apple-esque' Simplicity: Own the usability of our platform by transforming complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and emotionally engaging experiences
- Lead End-to-End Design within the Product Trio: Drive the full cycle of discovery and delivery alongside Product and Engineering
- Build AI-First, Data-Driven Experiences: Leverage generative AI, market data, and a growing repository of LLM-based personas to build adaptive interfaces
- Drive Velocity and Business Impact: Utilize funnel analytics, rapid prototyping, and customer co-creation to accelerate time-to-revenue
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading design for high-scale B2B/B2C products
- Proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant user journeys
- Expertise in leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights
- Self-organized and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously
