Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own design projects end-to-end, from discovery through final implementation, partnering closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and deliver solutions. They will use data, analytics, and customer insights to inform design decisions, plan user research, and contribute to evolving the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery through final implementation
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, shape product strategy, and deliver solutions
- Use data, analytics, and customer insights to inform design decisions
- Plan and run user research, including interviews, usability testing, and concept validation
- Design intuitive, high-quality product experiences across complex workflows
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, leveraging existing components and proposing new variants when needed
- Facilitate workshops or collaborative sessions when alignment or ideation is needed
- Advocate for user-centered thinking throughout the product development process
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience shipping digital products
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and driving work independently
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and other partners
- Experience using product data and user insights to guide design decisions
- Experience planning and conducting user research studies
- Strong UI craft; able to work within established components and expand them thoughtfully
- Experience designing complex workflows and systems-level experiences
