Product Designer

The Product Designer provides leadership in envisioning, shaping, and advancing clear, intuitive, and user-focused design solutions to support Market Conductās systems and modernization strategy. This role involves partnering with various teams to translate requirements into accessible user journeys, interface designs, and prototypes aligned with FSRAās regulatory vision.
Responsibilities
- Provides design leadership by developing user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that not only meet business requirements but also advance FSRAās long-term digital strategy
- Partners with product owners, Business Product Owner Lead, Business Analysts, communications, and technical teams to shape design direction, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory objectives, user-centered design principles and continued stewardship
- Maps end-to-end business flows for Market Conduct in D365
- Leads and influences design review practices across the organization, gathering feedback, coaching peers, and guiding iterative improvements to deliver high-quality, future-focused design solutions
Requirements
- Postsecondary degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or service design within enterprise or technology-driven environments
- Experience designing on platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or other enterprise applications is an asset
- Experience designing complex multi-step workflows, including component libraries and UI standards
- Strong understanding of Dataverse fundamentals for D365
