The Senior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences, defining design strategy and crafting product visions to share with senior executives. Responsibilities also include exploring design ideas through various artifacts and evolving scalable design systems to ensure consistency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, product marketing, engineers, and other designers to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Define design strategy, craft visions for products and experiences, and share with senior executives using your storytelling skills
- Understand and use data to inform design decisions
- Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Establish consistency and efficiency throughout the design and development process by applying and evolving scalable design systems
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success
- A degree in design is not required, but equivalent experience, an exceptional portfolio, and strong resume are
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies for mobile design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions to product partners
