Product Designer Sr

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for leading the entire design process from concept through launch, which includes creating various design artifacts and conducting user testing. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of intuitive and efficient user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to launch, by driving user research, wireframing, prototyping, user -testing, and design validation
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, market, and product vision to inform the design process and decision-making
• Create and conduct user research studies and analysis to inform the design process and decision-making
• Translate business and user requirements into elegant and intuitive design solutions
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our design processes and methodologies, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction
• Produce high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and designs, to support the end-to-end design process

Requirements

• Completion of a University degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Strong understanding of design systems, and experience creating and maintaining design libraries
• In-depth knowledge of web and mobile design principles, accessibility, and user experience best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Zeplin and InVision
