- Partner with Design, Product and Engineering to define problems, map user journeys, and craft experiences that drive business impact
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new and existing features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are user-centered and data-informed
- Collaborate in design critiques and contribute to a consistent, accessible design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
