The Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design lifecycle for mobile applications, operating as a design lead to shape product direction and prioritization. This includes building a scalable design system, conducting user research, and translating complex health data into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle across mobile applications
- Operate as a design lead within a small product team, helping shape product direction and prioritization
- Build and evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct and synthesize customer research, speaking directly with users to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Translate complex health and biomarker data into intuitive, human-centered product experiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile product design for both iOS and Android
- Experience designing consumer healthcare, health tech, or digital wellness products
- Proven experience building or scaling design systems
- Strong product thinking — able to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
