The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for shaping how AI capabilities appear and behave within complex enterprise product experiences, defining patterns that ensure clarity, usefulness, and trust. This involves driving end-to-end product design from discovery through execution, including problem framing, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Shape how AI capabilities show up and behave in the experience
- Define patterns that make AI capabilities clear, useful, and easy to act on
- Design for trust, transparency, feedback, control, and safe use
- Drive design from discovery through execution across complex product areas
- Work closely with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to shape requirements and guide design decisions
- Contribute to shared patterns that bring consistency to how AI-supported experiences behave across product areas
- Use research and product data to inform design decisions
- Create scalable, accessible experiences with a high bar for clarity, usability, consistency, and craft
- Mentor and contribute to design quality through reviews, critique, and mentoring
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
- Strong track record of delivering complex, scalable design solutions
- Experience designing products that incorporate AI capabilities
- Demonstrated use of AI in the design process
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive product design
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools
- Ability to identify, apply, and evolve design patterns, processes, and best practices
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills
- A Bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
