Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design direction for Residentās e-commerce experiences, delivering customer-centered solutions while balancing quality, speed, and business impact. Responsibilities include owning the design process from concepting through final UI, contributing to design systems, and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design direction for Resident's e-commerce experiences
- Partner closely with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to translate business goals into effective digital experiences
- Own the design process from early concepting through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Contribute to and evolve UI components, patterns, and broader design systems
- Maintain and enhance design system standards and Figma libraries
- Apply strong judgment in understanding project goals and defining design approaches
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with partners
- Provide design expertise and strategic insight to non-design stakeholders
- Mentor and provide guidance to Junior and Mid-Level Product Designers
- Create sophisticated prototypes in Figma to communicate interaction models
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design processes
- Excellent design fundamentals
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality product design solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience building, maintaining, and evolving design systems and component libraries within Figma
- Experience working in data-informed product environments
