The role involves delivering end-to-end customer experiences across various user groups and driving cohesive, unified experiences across applications to boost adoption and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading UX/UI design for complex workflows, translating business goals into user-centered solutions, and actively contributing to the enterprise design system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end, holistic customer experiences across dealers, customers, and internal users
- Partner with architects and product leaders to align UX strategy with platform and product roadmaps
- Drive cohesive, unified experiences across applications to improve adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex, non-obvious problems with pragmatic, executable design solutions
- Create high fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and prototypes using established design standards and best practices
- Participate in and lead design reviews, driving alignment, consensus, and approval across cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
- 8+ years of experience in this capacity
