
Staff Product Designer, Retirement

The Staff Product Designer will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to define customer problems, shape strategy, and create a cohesive, high-trust retirement experience across the employer and employee journey. Key duties include driving the full design process, translating regulatory requirements into clear UI patterns, and acting as the design lead for projects, co-owning priorities and success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to shape strategy

- Operate as the design lead for projects, co-owning priorities and success metrics
- Drive alignment across Retirement and key partner teams
- Apply discerning design judgment to determine when to incorporate AI
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design
- Portfolio showing end-to-end shipped work
- Experience in regulated/high-trust domains
- High bar for craft across interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
