The role involves driving the entire design process, from initial discovery through design hand-off, maintenance, and product optimization. Responsibilities include designing digital products for web and mobile, building prototypes, contributing to Design Systems, and validating ideas with users.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience as Product Designer
- Willingness to work evening hours to overlap with US Pacific Time (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Portfolio showcasing delivered, real-life projects
- Experience designing complex and large-scale systems
- Strong sense of aesthetics and a holistic approach to design
- Comfortable exploring various design directions and building a story around it
- Effortless communication skills in English
