Staff Product Designer (AI Experience - Agent Studio)

This role involves leading design for intelligent, human-centered experiences powered by the Freshworks AI platform across the product portfolio, shaping user interaction with machine learning, automation, and generative AI in daily workflows. The designer will contribute to and define the UX strategy for both AI infrastructure and product-specific use cases while collaborating cross-functionally to ship world-class solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Adhere and contribute to a cohesive UX strategy for AI across the Freshworks platform and products
- Partner with Product and Engineering: Embed scalable, user-centered design into foundational AI capabilities
- Drive design quality and consistency: Across AI use cases in multiple products
- Ensure AI user experiences reflect responsible design principles, supporting transparency, fairness, and usability
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
- AI/ML Product Experience
- Technical Fluency
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field
