Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create print and digital designs for various audiences, focusing on visually compelling and accessible design to engage stakeholders with the Libraries' programs and services. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative professionals, managing project workflow, applying brand guidelines, and producing artwork across various mediums.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with other creative professionals, engages in and responds to creative feedback, manages project workflow and timing, maintains files, and follows established work unit processes
• Schedules logistics, secures resources, organizes, and monitors art production projects adhering to established timelines and expectations
• Applies creative expertise within established brand and style guidelines
• Analyzes and identifies cost-effective options to meet project requirements
• Answers questions and provides information and problem resolution options to clients and stakeholders
• Creates, designs, and produces artwork per project specifications through various mediums

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other widely used design software
• Demonstrated experience with accessible design and ADA compliance with digital products
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree required
