The Senior Graphic Designer will develop visually engaging design solutions aligned with brand standards across multiple channels, operating with autonomy and helping to shape creative direction. This role involves taking ideas from concept to final execution on print and digital projects while mentoring other designers and collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Takes ideas from concept to final execution on both large and small-scale projects
- Applies systems-level thinking to projects, ensuring solutions scale effectively across platforms
- Applies and interprets brand standards independently, making sound design decisions
- Prepares and packages files for print and digital outputs
- Reviews final proofs and layouts, identifying issues and suggesting improvements
Requirements
- 4-6 yearâs experience
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related degree
- Demonstrated Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of the creative process
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and/or After Effects
- Basic knowledge of Figma or similar interface design tools
