Sr Graphic Designer

This role involves conceptualizing and designing multi-channel creative assets across digital and traditional mediums, ensuring output meets brand standards and business objectives. The designer will also act as a visual strategist, develop creative asset strategies, and integrate emerging AI creative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Designs multi-channel creative assets across digital and traditional mediums
- Interprets creative briefs and strategic direction with limited supervision
- Ensures design output meets brand standards, technical specifications, and business objectives
- Act as visual strategist for Cinch Home Services collateral and digital assets
- Create and document creative asset strategies and visual treatment guidelines
- Collaborate with the brand team to roll out standards across the organization
- Demonstrate agility in producing timely, creative and compliant visuals
- Contributes to the refinement of design systems and templates
- Collaborates with copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to bring concepts to life
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools and generative AI platforms
- Solid experience using MS PowerPoint to create effective presentations
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, and email best practices
- Experience designing both offline and digital assets
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
