The Senior Product Designer will shape the interaction foundations for Edenredās Identity and Payment platforms, transforming strategic platform objectives into reusable standards and scalable interaction models across geographies. This involves designing end-to-end experiences, defining reusable flows, anchoring decisions in research and data, and contributing to platform standards via the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Design platform capabilities
- Shape end-to-end Identity and Payment experiences used across Edenred products worldwide
- Translate regulatory, technical and ecosystem constraints into robust, trustworthy interaction models
- Define reusable flows and patterns designed for scale
- Anchor platform decisions in research and data
- Lead discovery efforts, usability testing and validation at platform level
- Use qualitative and quantitative signals to drive durable design decisions
- Contribute to experimentation that strengthens system-level quality
- Contribute to platform standards
- Apply and evolve the Foundation Design System in real platform contexts
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong IC track record
- Proven experience designing complex products or platforms, with the ability to transform technical and regulatory complexity into clear, elegant interaction models
- Research literacy and comfort working with product data
- Experience working closely with engineers in iterative environments
- Hands-on experience with Design Systems in production contexts
- Excellent mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, tokens)
