The role involves designing and improving digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys using tools like Figma. Responsibilities also include participating in user-centered design, conducting user testing, and collaborating with design, product, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Concevoir et améliorer les interfaces digitales (web et mobile) pour les clients
- Réaliser wireframes, prototypes et parcours utilisateur sur Figma et autres outils UX
- Participer à la conception de parcours utilisateurs centrés sur les besoins clients
- Effectuer des tests utilisateurs et analyses UX pour optimiser les produits
- Collaborer avec les équipes design, produit et développement pour assurer la cohérence graphique et fonctionnelle
- Effectuer une veille UX et benchmark sur les tendances bancaires et fintech
Requirements
- Formation en UX Design, design d’interface, design digital ou équivalent (Bac +4/5)
- Maîtrise de Figma et d’outils UX/UI (wireframing, prototyping, user flows)
- Sens du détail, rigueur et capacité d’analyse
- Créatif.ve et orienté.e expérience utilisateur
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et gérer plusieurs projets
- Intérêt pour le secteur bancaire et la transformation digitale
