- Help define product requirements and design features in accordance with our roadmap
- Craft high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications for your final design solutions
- Participate in design reviews to share your work regularly with the design and company leadership
- Work with Engineering to ensure quality implementation and user experience
- The ability to define and deliver design solutions that are both simple and powerful
Requirements
- Experience in multiple design disciplines, including user experience, visual design, and interaction design
- Ability to make informed design decisions and articulate them simply
- Have experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms
- 2+ years designing and shipping software
- Understand when less design is the better design
- Have a strong design aesthetic
- Understand the trade-offs between speed and quality as it applies to your designs
