The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for developing a vision to advise on the transformation of omnichannel designs, ensuring they are simple, useful, secure, and valuable, potentially acting as a key stakeholder in strategic transformation projects across all brands and channels. Additionally, they will intervene ad hoc to audit, diagnose, define user journeys, and lead collaborative Design Thinking workshops, while also contributing to the long-term development and coaching of the UX Des

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research and analysis
• Defining the strategy for customer experience and collaborator targeting
• Proposing a trajectory based on value creation
• Creating prototypes and testing them with users
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop brand-aligned visual storytelling
• Ensuring visual consistency and coherence across documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in UX design
• Knowledge of digital technologies, web, mobile, and AI
• Ability to establish and present a UX vision
• Good understanding of information systems and customer relationship management
• Excellent mastery of user-centered design tools and methods
