The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for developing a vision to advise on the transformation of simple, useful, secure, and valuable omnichannel customer journeys, intervening as a key stakeholder in strategic transformation projects across all brands and channels. They will also conduct ad-hoc interventions, such as auditing journeys, defining user paths, and leading Design Thinking workshops, while contributing to the overall development and coaching of the UX Design practice within the
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Designing and prototyping digital products and experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on design vision and strategy
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on designs
- Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong experience in digital, web, and mobile design
- Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
