The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for developing a vision to advise on the transformation of simple, useful, secure, and valuable omnichannel customer journeys. This involves conducting UX Design work within strategic transformation projects across all brands and channels, covering the entire methodology from benchmarking to prototyping and user testing.
Responsibilities
- Propose, collect, and prioritize customer journey improvement requests
- Conduct UX design work, including benchmarking, user research, and prototyping
- Define customer experience strategies and propose trajectories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field
- 7 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Knowledge of digital technologies, including web, mobile, and IA
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
