UX Designer F/H

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for developing a vision to advise on the transformation of omnichannel customer journeys, ensuring they are simple, useful, secure, and valuable, either as a key part of transformation projects or through ad-hoc interventions. They will also contribute to the long-term development and coaching of the UX Design practice across the Group to evangelize this approach.

Responsibilities

• Conducts UX design work for strategic transformation projects, including benchmarking, user research, and prototyping
• Develops and implements UX design solutions for customer journeys and omnicanal flows
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and business stakeholders
• Conducts user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Creates and presents design concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to stakeholders
• Iterates on design solutions based on feedback and testing results
• Contributes to the development of the UX design practice and coaches junior designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a field such as design, engineering, or computer science
• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital transformation
• Knowledge of digital technologies, web, mobile, and AI
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methods
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
