The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and high-performing mobile experiences, driving the product thinking from discovery through delivery in close collaboration with Product and Tech teams. Key tasks include translating user needs into engaging interfaces, creating prototypes for validation, ensuring cross-platform consistency, and leveraging user feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Designs intuitive, elegant, and performant mobile experiences, placing users at the heart of decisions
- Drives product thinking, from discovery phase to delivery, in close collaboration with product and tech teams
- Translates user needs and business objectives into fluid, relevant, and engaging interfaces
- Creates wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to test, iterate, and validate concepts
- Ensures consistency of experiences across all mobile platforms
- Exploits user feedback and analytical data to continuously improve the experience and maximize product impact
- Facilitates co-design workshops and ensures alignment between stakeholders
- Accompanies developers in the implementation and ensures the quality of design deliverables
Requirements
- Passionate about digital product design, particularly mobile uses
- Curious and solution-oriented, combining product vision, attention to detail, and user-centered approach
- Product thinking: understands business challenges and can design useful, usable, and desirable experiences
