Senior Mobile Product Designer (Pre-sale/Product)

The role involves participating in presales activities, shaping proposals, and visualizing concepts for prospective clients. Responsibilities also include leading discovery, research, UX architecture, and creating high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
Responsibilities
- Participating in presales activities, helping shape proposals, visualize concepts, and demonstrate design thinking to prospective clients
- Leading and contributing to discovery, research, and UX architecture before requirements are fully defined
- Balancing analysis, research, and visual execution, knowing when to go deep and when to move fast
- Creating prototypes, user flows, IAs, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conducting usability testing and customer development interviews
- Collaborating with development teams and presenting design decisions to client stakeholders
- Continuously finding ways to improve the product and proposing alternative solutions
Requirements
- Operates with assumptions, forming hypotheses and validating them
- Abstract thinker, able to work at the conceptual level, connecting business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into coherent solutions
- Critical thinker, questioning what's in front of them, not just executing it
- AI-forward, actively using AI tools in their workflow
- Startup-minded, energized by an unpredictable, fast-moving environment without a rigid plan
- Background spanning agency, studio, and/or product environments
- Experience contributing to or leading presales engagements
