Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for owning product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship significant features. This role also involves contributing to the development of design systems and product foundations while simplifying complex financial concepts into clear user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Owning product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship significant features
- Contributing to the development of design systems and product foundations
- Effectively identifying user problems, exploring and vetting solutions, and delivering polished designs that balance usability, clarity, and trust
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions
- Experience in contributing to or building scalable design systems
- Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals, with a knack for simplifying complex problems
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and tradeoffs
- A collaborative spirit that positively contributes to team culture
